Real Property Management Solutions is an Oregon-based branch of Real Property Management. Our team of experienced professionals live and work here in Portland and have an in-depth understanding of the State and local laws, along with the knowledge and experience of tracking the rental market which allows us to lease properties faster. Since we focus entirely on managing homes and multi-family residential units and not selling real estate, we are able to provide our full attention to main-taining and preserving your real estate investments. Dan Hayes

Manager of Owner and Resident Sales

As an owner of several rental properties in Portland, alongside wife and business partner Angela, Dan brings a deep level of residential rental experience to the Portland market. After 27 years as a senior leader in the beverage industry and Inspired by the dynamic residential rental industry, Dan and his family opened Real Property Management Solutions with a passionate commitment to staying locally focused and providing excellent customer service, backed by the nation’s leader in Property Management. By bringing his business acumen coupled with rental property owner experience, Dan provides a unique and significant level of value to both owner and resident. Dan served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 6 years, is a graduate of Marylhurst University, loves riding his Harley Davidson Road King around the Pacific Northwest and is a native Oregonian.

Angela Hayes

Angela began her career in the legal field working as a legal assistant in the workers’ compensation/litigation and employment areas of law in Salem and Tualatin, Oregon. As her family grew, so did her interest in volunteer work for the Tigard/Tualatin School District. Volunteering opened the door to a myriad of philanthropic opportunities from raising funds for school programs to working with special needs children, and later for women and children’s shelters in Chicago, Illinois. Her passion for family and community eventually led to helping families find homes and managing homeowners’ property investments in the Portland metro area and its surrounding suburbs. She loves to travel, but is so happy to call Portland her home. Her favorite activities include biking, tennis, yoga, and most especially, anything involving her beautiful grandchildren.

Tim Hayes

Region VP

Tim has worked several management roles in various environments throughout his career. What he later discovered was his true management calling in Real Estate. After following in the footsteps of some of his Property Manager role models, Tim started his own Property Management Company with his family in 2010. With a degree in Computer Networking Systems and his ability to excel in furthering his property management education, he has instilled confidence and trust in everyone that has worked with him. Today, Tim is proud to be part owner and vice president of Real Property Management Solutions. In his free time he loves to read everything from old James Bond novels to brand new releases, studying astronomy and star gazing through his telescope, and perfecting his already fantastic cooking skills.

Lacey Hayes

Lacey has earned an associate’s degree in Psychology and she has enjoyed working mainly in Customer Relations and Administration. While working at a Real Estate Printing company, Lacey also committed her time to a local property management company where she grew to admire the property management business. That local company is now Real Property Management Solutions! Aside from her devotion to the Property Management Industry, she also spends her time as a working mom, playing with her 2 dogs as much as possible, and soaking in as much new music as she can find.

Ann Au

Office Manager

Ann Au is a finance guru with a sense of fashion. She can be seen in the office sporting all of the latest trends, all while keeping our accounting and office in check. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance at California State University, Los Angeles. Some of her passions include learning new things, helping others, cooking, and traveling. When she is not at work, she spends her time with her family and friends. She also enjoys unwinding with her rescued senior Pomerainians. She currently has 3 Pomeranians – Foon Foon, Wai Wai, and Mui Mui.

Danielle Choy

Assistant Property Manager – West Region

Danielle is originally from Los Angeles and moved to Oregon to explore the Pacific Northwest. Danielle is passionate about theater, and has starred in 10+ productions. Outside of work, you can find her trying out all of Portland’s famous food and entertainment.

Rachelle Green

Assistant Property Manager – East Region

Rachelle is very new to the Property Management Industry.  With many years of life experience, she brings with her customer service skills, personnel management skills, and small business ownership skills, among others.  Rachelle is a native Salemite, but her draw to the big city excitement has opened up the door for her outside of her hometown.   She loves helping others and is always up for a new challenge.  When the offer to completely change her career course came, she jumped at the chance.  For Rachelle, family is important, and she feels very fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful family business in Real Property Management Solutions.  Her interests are vast and include Church, motorcycling, camping, boating, music, yoga, and most of all, her amazing granddaughters.

Carlene Rios 

Assistant Property Manager – East Region

Carlene Rios is a born and raised Pacific Islander from Guam (US Territory). She moved to Minot, ND in March of 2014 to battle the cold during her time there got in property management. She then moved to Washington in February of 2019 to pursue her husband’s dreams and aspirations in the trucking business and is blessed to become a part of the RPMS family. Carlene is a mother of 2, and the only sister to 2 brothers.

Nothing matters when she is at the gym 6 days a week in the early morning hours. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. Carlene believes that every day you arise from sleep to see another day is always a blessing.

Carl Schnaufer

Leasing Coordinator and Business Development Manager – East Region

Carl began his career with Real PM Solutions as the In-House Handyman and worked diligently upward into the Leasing Agent. Carl’s tenacity, empathy, and direct communication style had made him an invaluable member of our team and one of our most humble employees.

Moorea Naeyaert 

Leasing Coordinator and Business Development Manager – West Region

For the past few years Moorea has worked in Property Management and Insurance which has taught her many important lessons. While working she has also attended night school full time to obtain her General Associates Degree. Moorea has several years in customer service and loves working with the public. Who is she outside of work? Well, her true passion is to travel and to go on adventures. Being active is extremely important to Moorea. She’ll never pass up the opportunity to go on a hike and explore and when she’s not outside she spends a lot of her time in the gym. She enjoys spending time with her fur baby and her loved ones. Other hobbies include painting, reading, music and photography.

Gary Miltimore

Maintenance Manager

Gary is originally from Idaho but now calls Oregon home. He has 7 years of maintenance experience and has been a leasing agent and property manager in the past. Outside of work you can find him watching football, playing with his children, and barbecuing. He also enjoys fishing with his brother and son.

Cameron Meyer 

Maintenance Technician

Cameron grew up in a little town called Arlington, Washington on a cattle farm. He has a degree in diesel mechanics and dental lab technology. When he isn’t fixing your toilet, he is either fixing someone’s teeth or their vehicle. Some of his passions are ceramics, gardening, and baking. He takes the most pride in his chocolate chip recipe.


Maintenance Technician

ARB enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and being involved in his church. Outside of work, you can find him cooking, taking his daughter to her ballet practices, or watching any of the Godzilla movies. His favorite dish to make is drunken noodles.

Jayme Payne

Vendor Coordinator

Jayme grew up in Portland, Oregon, graduated high school and went onto Apollo college of Medical and Dental Careers and graduated as a Computerized Medical Office Secretary (now called Medical Administrative Assistant) worked at Nurses PRN before getting offered a position working at the College as Administrative Assistant/Assistant to the Director for over 6 years; from there she got an opportunity to go into the legal field working as a Legal Receptionist/Research Assistant for several years; from there she chose to go into Real Estate and got into Property Management as a Property Manager/Maintenance team with her fiance’ for 3 years and enjoy working in this industry. 

Ken Tan

Financial Assistant

Ken is from the Philippines and earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance in college. He has experience working in finance and customer service prior to joining RPMS. He is the type of person who is not afraid to learn new things and ready to help others. He enjoys listening to music while running. His love for running inspired him to join marathon events at least once a year since 2016.

Virtual Assistant – Application Screening

James is from the southern island part of the Philippines. He has a degree in Education with special concentration in Special Education. He has a soft spot for children with special needs. Previously he worked as a Leasing Associate for a US based Property Management for 2 years. He has also worked as Customer Service/Technical Support Associate for 8 years in a BPO Industry. In his free time he loves going to the gym and he plays Volleyball twice a week. He is also a big fan of aquascaping.
