I really like the management team he has assembled as good property management companies are hard to find. Great experience so far with these folks. Always courteous, always working to assist and answer questions. Rachelle in the office has been so very helpful with our move-in questions, from parking spots to working as our liaison with the property owner regarding some modifications we requested. Always fair, always diligent.

But let me say this, I am so happy my property owners switched to Real Property Management Solutions. I was doing spring cleaning & noticed a few things & wrote up a list of maintenance.
